New build boutique hotel with 73 guest rooms and 12 residential units. Located in the Sun Valley ski resort town with access to the main lift area for the ski town. Hotel will have a Food and Beverage focus with Celebrity chef Chris Palmer. Construction underway with completion scheduled for the 2025 ski season.
Hotel Talisa, Vail CO
Completed in 2018, a 300-room renovation of a classic ski-in resort that converted the property to a Starwood Luxury Collection hotel. The public areas were gutted with a new lobby registration, fine dining restaurant lobby gathering point and full service spa.

The project includes a 400-room Hyatt Regency hotel with 200,000 SF of Class A office space. The project was designed by Michael Graves and was built to his highest standards of design.

A 250-room hotel in the Fashion Island center in Newport Beach with a fine dining restaurant, health club, parking garage, formal ballroom and large outdoor pool and spa in a garden setting.
Waterfront, Hamilton Bermuda
The mixed use complex includes 250,000 SF of class A office space, a gourmet food store, 21 residential units and a 75 slip marina. The office space was built for corporate headquarters for international insurance companies. The food store and Marina were original family businesses dating back 100 years.
Hyatt Regency Long Beach, Long Beach CA
350-room hotel in downtown Long Beach adjacent to the convention center. Project was part of the City’s redevelopment of the waterfront. A 1,200 stall parking structure and boardwalk connecting the city was part of the project.
The Cliffs Resort, Bermuda
Project planning and governmental approvals for a development consisting of 50 homes and a 125- room hotel with 35 villas. Project was located on the south shore of Bermuda with a full beach access.

Provided procurement services for FF&E upgrades and maintenance. Responsibilities included contracting for on going maintenance and renovations. over $150 million in contracts negotiated each year.
