David Johanson – Design Management & Pre-Construction Services
David brings over 40 years of experience in real estate development as both an Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager, he has extensive experience in hospitality, retail, food & beverage and residential projects, both new-build and renovations. With a background in Civil engineering he brings a unique perspective in all aspects of project delivery and will provide a sound and disciplined approach to ensure the best possible outcome for the client. David has worked in several regions of North America including the Caribbean and SE Asia. A hallmark of his career is the ability to go into a new market, identify resources and integrate within the local environment for project delivery.
