We use Procore Project Management software to track our projects in real time. The system provides an online portal for the client and project team to access all data. Design documents are tracked with the latest version always available to ensure that any design updates are transmitted to the field.
The system distributes all shop drawings and submittals to the design team for approvals. The date and time approvals are made by the design team are tracked and the final approved document is always available for download.
The project budget is tracked electronically and will produce contract change orders and tracks signed and executed documents. Invoicing is submitted through the system and payments are tracked when made. A project budget is produced that shows both committed costs and pending changes.
